A LIFE IN MOVEMENT

THE JOURNEY
A Career in Movement
Born and raised in Campo Grande, Brazil, Juliana moved to London in 2000 and turned a lifelong passion for movement into a career spanning more than 25 years across fitness, professional dance and private training.
For the past decade, Pilates has brought technical precision and a deeper understanding of body alignment to her work, becoming the foundation of the distinctive Brazilian Pilates practice she teaches today.

The Experience
Built on Experience
Juliana began her Pilates training with a 600-hour Classical Pilates course and has continued to deepen her practice throughout the past decade. Her wider training spans personal training, sports rehabilitation and nutrition, and she is also a qualified Pilates Acrobático instructor.
Her international career includes three years as personal trainer to senior members of the Abu Dhabi Royal Family. She has also worked as a health and fitness columnist for GQ, represented BestFit as a brand ambassador and became WBFF European Champion in Iceland.

THE ROOTS
Rooted in
Brazil
Brazil taught Juliana to move long before she entered a studio – on horseback, on the athletics track and through the rhythm of samba. Its vibrant culture instilled her lifelong passion for movement.
She went on to perform as a professional samba dancer in five Rio Carnivals, win the title of Miss South America (UK) and become Notting Hill Carnival Queen. Now based in London, Juliana is a mother to Santiago and Bella. That same Brazilian spirit continues to shape both her family life and her private practice.
